Firelord start up in Turin in 2007 from the ashes of a doom metal project named Saint Judas and founded by Mario E. Bussini a few years before.
In 2007 Beppe Tozza, Daniele Biffaro and Giulio Buscaglione joined the project.
The band plays some covers and a couple of draft tunes heavy influenced by Black Sabbath , Count Raven, Gates Of Slumber, Earthride, Saint Vitus and Wino projects, doom scene , stoner and metal until '80s.
Until 2011 the line-up has some changes, but it get stable with the entrance of the bass player Dario Giuva who joins the project and takes part to realise the four tracks recorded in the first Firelord Ep "The Burning EP".
Currently the line-up is formed by Mario E. Bussini (vocals, guitars), Giulio Buscalione (Drums) and Mario Pappano (Bass).
A few days ago, the band has revealed the artwork of the first full-length "Among The Snakes" ; the album will collect eight "Stoner/Doom" songs.....about 45 minutes madness.. !
